The history of the labor legal system in the State of Rio Grande do Sul/Brazil mixes with the proper history of our organization. Flavio Obino Filho Advogados Associados, lawyers society registered in the OAB/RS under nº 201, successor of Escritório de Advocacia Flavio Obino, has been rendering service for more than 40 (forty) years, specialized advisory service on legal-labor area, representing, exclusively, employers. Today the company has fiftheen lawyers specialized on labor law, as much in the area of advisory as litigious, two academics (graduated from the Course of Legal and Social Sciences) and six trainees, besides a homogeneous group of collaborators pledged in the total quality of the work offered. The head office is located in the central region of the state Capital, occupying ample and functional installations (23rd floor of the Santa Cruz Building) distinguished by modern secretariat, library, and audience room with 60 (sixty) seats. Since 1997, the organization has been operating in Santa Catarina (Florianopolis) on Othon Gama D'Eça Avenue (Casa do Barão Building ). Along the years, the firm has incorporated the advances of computer science. All the lawyers have access to individual terminal PC working in network with a central system, as well as auxiliary equipment and laptops, so that the control of the processes are made with the use of a software developed according to the necessities of information of the organization and our customers. We act according to principles that conduct "the theory of the information value". The information elapses of the specific knowledge, thus, when given by specialized professionals and passed ahead with speed, becomes always a very decisive factor and it differs from the traditional factors of production. This is the “revolution of the information” refered by ALVIN TOFFLER. Flavio Obino Fº Advogados Associados is the certainty of contracting an adequate organization to our days, a true example of modernity, but with the endorsement of all a past of ability in the installment of legal-labor works. We have presented here all the range of specialized professional jobs carried through by our organization, but we do not give up hand of a boarding of marketing of professional jobs and consultoria focus in the customer. Thus, we canalize our performance for the specific necessities of the customer.
