1. FLÁVIO OBINO FILHO Labor lawyer, specialized in labor collective litigious, graduated in Juridical and Social Sciences by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He is the General Coordinator of Flávio Obino Fº Advogados Associados S/C . Besides acting in collective litigious, he is professional experienced in the area of labor union negotiation, representing the management side in collective bargaining. He participates in negotiation of the main economical categories of the State for approximately fifteen years. He has been usual chatter in Conferences and Seminars throughout Brazil approaching themes as the labor union organization, the relationships among capital and work, and the public politics of employment. Won, in the city of Recife/PE, the Paulo Braga Silveira Award (first edition) as national refference on syndical labor. 2. ANA LÚCIA HORN Labor lawyer, graduated in Juridical and Social Sciences by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. She coordinates the individual litigious area of “Flávio Obino Fº Advogados Associados”. She is one of the founders of the Employers Labor Lawyers Association - SATERGS. She acts in individual litigious and in the area of general advisory. Chatter in meetings of syndical and civil employers associations and in regional seminars. Author of theses published in the IV Brazilian Congress of Procedural Labor Law Newspaper ; in the 11st Brazilian Congress of Collective Law; in the 11st Brazilian Congress of Procedural Labor Law.; and in the IX Brazilian Congress of Labor Law. She integrated the Tribunal of Ethics and Disciplines of OAB/RS in the period of 1998/1999. 3. ANA LÚCIA GARBIN Labor lawyer, specialized in collective litigious, graduated in Juridical and Social Sciences by the Papal Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul. Coordinator of the collective litigious area, also acts in the area of general advisory. Chatter in managerial events. Author of theses included in the Newspaper of VII and XX Brazilian Congress of Labor Law, VII Seminar On Constitutional Right and XIII Brazilian Congress of Processual Labor Low. Wrote many articles published in specialized magazines and newspapers. ANDRÉ SARAIVA ADAMS Labor lawyer, specialized in individual litigious, graduated in Juridical and Social Sciences by the Papal Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul. He integrates the Commission of Defense and Attendance of OAB/RS (1998/2000). 5. He represented the delegation of Rio Grande do Sul in IV General Assembly of the “Sistema Confederativo de Representação Sindical do Comércio.
